Palette offers great coffee and teas, delicious cakes baked on the premises and fresh, seasonal dishes throughout the day. Their exciting and distinct menu offers a wide variety of tasty dishes including fresh salads, open sandwiches, their special soups and dish and risotto of the day.

They also have an excellent selection of wines, all of which can be enjoyed by the glass, with expert advice on which wine best compliments your chosen dish to give you the complete gastronomic experience. All supplies are locally sourced.

Palette offers a relaxed atmosphere for family meals, a break from shopping, pre-theatre refreshments, business meetings and, of course, the perfect compliment to your visit to the exhibitions on show.

They can cater for your every need when it comes to corporate entertainment: from coffee and cake for your morning board meeting to a delicious buffet lunch or special occasion catering with the freshest foods and specially selected wines.

Late Fridays

Every Friday evening Palette Wine Bar is the ideal place to chill out and unwind with friends. Entertainment such as live music is also available on some evenings. Spend your Friday evenings at Palette and enjoy fine wine and dinner to ease yourself into the weekend.
