Our large meeting space - the Ambassador room - was designed by the architects of The London Eye, Marks Barfield Associates. The purpose-built corporate meeting/event space boasts fabulous art from The Ingram Collection as well as stunning views overlooking the Basingstoke canal. It provides high-quality and flexible space, which can be easily adapted for a range of events and meetings.

The Ambassador room is situated on the second floor, fully accessible for all your guests' needs.

The Lightbox meeting rooms are within walking distance of Woking Town Centre, with excellent access from Woking train station. There are several large car parks less than 5 minute walk from the gallery. 

We work with our catering partner to offer a range of menus to fit any occasion.
