Sarah Brown, Director
Sarah Brown joined The Lightbox in December 2021 and was previously Principal Keeper at Leeds Art Gallery overseeing all aspects of the artistic programme and was responsible for the capital refurbishment following its reopening in 2017.
As a founding member of Yorkshire Sculpture International, Sarah was pivotal in establishing this festival celebrating the history, presentation and commissioning of sculpture which launched in 2019. An experienced fundraiser within both the public and private sector, Sarah has a strong record of raising funds from trusts, foundations and in developing commercial corporate partnerships.
